Ed began playing the guitar in high school and has evolved into an accomplished singer/songwriter. While in the military he played in venues all over the world, never missing a chance to jam in clubs from the Phillipines to Panama.

While living in Jacksonville, Ed performed a solo act and formed the trio “Standard Vices” which performed throughout Northeast Florida and originally recorded the single “Boca Grande.”

After moving to South Florida, Ed teamed with Frankie Gunn in the high-energy duo “The Acousti’cats.” This was to become the foundation for the GunnRunners Band.  The GunnRunners have become one of SouthWest Florida’s hottest bands playing rock/blues favorites.  In 2005, the band released it’s debut CD “License to Carry.”  Ed wrote and produced several songs on the CD that are now enjoying radio airplay in Southwest Florida, France and Germany.

While continuing to play with the GunnRunners, Ed has returned to his solo roots... Performing acoustic classics and original music in venues throughout the area.
